Visitors:

1.- Using your Smartphone, download the LET ME ACCESS mobile app.

2.- Sign up and register your user information, properties and vehicles. (*)

3.- Select the complex you are going to.

4.- Locate the person you are going to visit.

5.- Request the visit and wait for confirmation of approval.

6.- Head to the complex you chose.

7.- While going in through the residents’ side, press the access button on your phone.

8.- And that’s it! The device will cause the gate or barrier arm to open automatically.

Hosts:

1.- Using your Smartphone, download the LET ME ACCESS mobile app.

2.- Sign up and register your user information, properties and vehicles. (*)

3.- The system will notify you when someone wants to visit you.

4.- Grant or deny access to the visitor (and you can change the time of the visit)

5.- You will receive a notification once your guest has arrived.

Complexes:

1.- Go to our website LetMeAccess.com with your special user credentials.

2.- Consult any of the services associated with the app, be that access analytics, visitors by date, time or properties, any company delivering a service, etc.

 (*) A single user may have three (3) different statuses in the app, combined or all together:

   a) Visitor: If you do not live in a gated community nor are you part of any community board in a gated community, you will be given common user status and will only use the app to visit others.

    b) Receiver: If you want to use the app only to control access to your properties.

    c) Community: For the board members of a complex, who will receive a special access key to use the website and consult the system for anything. The app has a direct link leading to our website.
